Rushing around and out the door to my doctor's appointment.....bye family, bye Darth! Waiting to go in and who opens the door and calls my name at the doctor's office, my Aunt Sue.....fancy seeing her there....she was filling in for someone that morning. Doctor says my incision looks good and I am healing well.
Now we are on our way, back to see our little guy. We get to Crouse and nurse Anne reports all is good except she has to skip a feeding because Wyatt gave back some when she checked. Still no poop! We understand though....he hasn't had enough to eat in order to pass anything. Ok no more pressure. I am a little jealous because it is Craig's day to kangaroo care. I guess I have to learn to share :). Today is tubby time at 8pm....every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are bath days. Which we love because it is Wyatt's most awake time. Feedings start to go better the rest of the day.
Wyatt's personality is showing more and more each day. His face is changing also. Looking more like a baby then a little old man/Benjamin Button. What is super cute is he really recognizes our voices and reacts. Like with me he smiles every time he hears me giggle. Maybe that is why I laughed so much while pregnant with him.
Tubby time aka "Weigh In" was daddy's turn.....Craig is so awesome with Wyatt. He really shares in caring for him. Besides it is super cute to see him sing to Wyatt every night before we leave. Yahoo, Wyatt gained 5 grams! Now weighing in at 835 grams.
