Day 11 - Monday, December 7 Still No Poo

Got there on the early side because we would only be spending half the day with Wyatt. We were going to be driving north to my parents to visit, see Darth and I had a follow up with Dr. Crawford. My day to to kangaroo :) I love it, I could hold Wyatt forever. They started his breast milk feedings on Sunday and have been monitoring them closely. Feedings happen every two hours and are dependent on whether or not he digested the previous feeding. They check by pulling some of what is in his tummy out with through the feeding tube with a syringe. If there is a lot and it is green then they have to skip a feeding. On this day it seems he was only tolerated a few. Priming the gut! However when we called the evening nurse at 8pm and 10pm he tolerated his 4pm, 6p, 8pm and 10pm feedings.....granted he only gets .5ml right now. Go Wyatt! Hopefully this will help him start pooping. Never thought I would be praying for poop like I am for this little guy.
